Exchanges & Refunds
Exchanges or refunds are available within 28 days from the date of receipt. Please ensure you carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase.
Returns
• EU Returns: Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and in their original, unused condition. All tags must remain intact and unbroken.
• Return postage and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Clothing Returns
• Clothing items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags intact.
• Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
• We recommend trying on clothing with care to avoid makeup or deodorant marks.
Footwear and accesories Returns
• Footwear must be returned in its original box and packaging.
• The soles must be free from wear or damage. Any footwear showing signs of use or damage will be returned to the customer.
Sale Items
Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping / Postage
We offer worldwide shipping with the following options:
• UK: Tracked & Signed (1-2 days) - £4.00
• UK: Tracked & Signed (24 hours) - £10.00
• International: Tracked & Signed (1-10 days) - £13.00
• International: DHL Express (2 days) - £25.00
